Speech and Movement, LLC provides speech therapy, communication coaching, online courses, and digital resources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you create an account or purchase a course, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and digital downloads—is the property of Speech and Movement, LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, or redistribute our materials..
4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Payments: All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment systems. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
Refund Policy: If you commit yourself to your entire plan of care course, show evidence of completion exercises and assignments, complete carryover activities, and reach out to me directly for support at least once and still believe you have truly gained nothing, refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
The speech therapy and communication coaching services are designed to be cumulative, each session complimenting another, but not linear. If you are receiving services or are enrolled in a program and feel your progress is limited or the course content is unclear, I encourage you to reach out directly so we can make adjustments and set you up for success. Communication skills are not built overnight; they are developed throughout the course of your life. There is no way to "learn it all" or "do it perfectly." Our shared goal is progress, not perfection.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
A. Separation of Clinical Services vs. Educational Content
• Clinical Speech Therapy Services: Any formal speech-language pathology or therapy services provided by Speech and Movement, LLC are subject to a distinct clinical evaluation, a signed plan of care, and professional clinical standards.
• Educational and Coaching Products (including "UnMuted"): Our general coaching programs, digital courses, videos, and website materials are strictly for educational, informational, and self-help purposes. They do not constitute medical or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not establish a therapist-client relationship unless you are formally admitted as a clinical patient.
B. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we are dedicated to helping you reach your communication goals, development takes time and varies by individual. Speech and Movement, LLC cannot and does not guarantee specific results, cures, or outcomes from using our therapy services, coaching programs, or digital products.
C. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speech and Movement, LLC, its owners, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, courses, or coaching platforms. For formal clinical services, liability is strictly governed by the professional and legal standards of the State of Kentucky.
6. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our courses or website immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in unauthorized sharing of proprietary content.
